A simple action which can powerfully nourish our character strengths and virtues such as humanity, wisdom and courage is dialogue. How does this work?
 

DIALOGUE PROCESS

Crossing Borders Education works to facilitate  dialogue processes conceptualized in three stages that continuously return to and build on each other.

This model is grounded in the experience that dialogue is not a fixed skill set we learn once (e.g. riding a bicycle), but rather it is a life skill set that needs constant practice (e.g. living caring relationships).
