The Power of Diversity

The depth of impact of the activities is strongly enhanced when people of different backgrounds interact with each other. Diversity can truly show here it’s richness and power as a catalyzer for insight and growth. So, to strengthen this process, please look for someone from a different background than yourself with whom to converse.

If you are in a group with a facilitator, then please support her/him actively to create diverse small groups. The more positive you respond to your facilitator’s suggestions and impulses, the more openness you co-create within your group.
