The heightened interracial tensions within US society and across the world are painful reminders that we cannot escape the complexities of our time. In response to the critical need for institutions of higher learning to create inclusive educational environments, Crossing Borders Education (CBE) has created a wide variety of resources to inspire students, faculty and staff to engage constructively with Diversity & Inclusion topics and foster a Culture of Dialogue.
Our three feature films (Crossing Borders, The Dialogue, American Textures), more than 50 short videos and various online toolkits are carefully crafted to enhance interactive learning moments, deepen constructive dialogue and improve campus climate. All CBE resources are designed flexible and can be easily adapted to the specific needs of diverse institutions.
Positive reactions at different institutions affirm that American Textures and other CBE resources are powerful—and effective. American Council on Education
