As a Facilitator and Trainer, Jeanette designs and leads workshops that promote cross-cultural understanding and help bridge divides. Her work is grounded in the principles of intercultural communication, active listening, and emotionally sustainable activism. She also facilitates Joanna Macy’s transformative Work That Reconnects, which empowers individuals to move beyond fear and into spaces of meaningful action. In these turbulent times, we must develop the skills to navigate challenges with resilience and hope.
Jeanette is deeply interested in eco-anxiety, emotionally sustainable activism, and fostering civic dialogue—areas that she weaves into both her professional practice and personal commitments. As a mother, wife, healer, and educator living in Bend, Oregon, she is dedicated to nurturing a culture of compassion, empathy, and resilience.
Jeanette holds a Master’s degree in Integral Health Education, along with undergraduate degrees in French and Literary Modernism from UC Berkeley.
