Different fields of research such as neuroscience or intercultural studies remind us that the world can look entirely different depending on our background, values and frame of reference. Our worldviews are a key part of our personal identity, meaning we have internal mechanisms that aim to ‘protect’ our perspectives in order to keep our current identities intact. On one side this is natural self affirmative behavior, on the other side it is hindering us at times to address complex issues.
These mirror cards are designed to explore some similarities and differences of individuals in order to explore content information from different perspectives. They are created to support growing the capacity to perceive multiple perspectives, add to your educational materials or to stimulate constructive and engaging conversations.
