This toolkit is for study abroad coordinators. It contains engaging film clips and facilitator guides to deliver 3 intercultural sessions during student’s time abroad. The material is designed to empower study abroad students to cross cultural boundaries effectively. The film clips tell compelling intercultural stories and support students to develop more emotional buy-in to abstract concepts such as stereotypes, non-verbal communication and culture shock. The intercultural sessions (75-90 minutes) can be adapted to diverse classroom requirements and focuses.
The Study Abroad Toolkit is created in partnership with the SIT Graduate Institute.
