A journey into another culture is not only for adding a few new images to our memories. A journey into another culture has the potential to affect a quantum shift in the participant’s perception.
Our programs are designed to have a deeply personal impact on our participants. The dynamic of travel, the power of landscapes, the contrast of contexts, the cross-cultural interactions in the country, the personal connections within the group will heighten the participant’s awareness of their feelings / thoughts / values and the ways they relate to others. Like Orpheus on his journey the participants are asked to leave home; to discover new worlds; face personal processes along the way; and then return home enriched and transformed by experiences.

This transformative power of diversity is acknowledged and unlocked on our travel programs by our partner Morocco Exchange who brings American, European and Moroccan students together in Northern Morocco, building bridges of genuine human connection by encouraging self development and the widening of participants’ perspectives through experiential learning activities. Since 2003, Morocco Exchange has introduced thousands of American and European university students and faculty to the Moroccan people and culture.
